Maintain online data entry, remote report generation and printing, and mainframe job scheduling. Nelson Laffey was involved in designing the original system in 1970-1983, which was created to handle all terminal data entry and report printing for the company internationally.
The system is still in operation at the company, as well as several of its spin-offs.
The Laffey Group provides on-going maintenance of the system.
